I have lived in Kidderminster for over 30 years and know the specific needs of the area.

My priorities in fighting for better services for you are:-

Education - the Schools Review driven through by the Tories will have a dramatic effect on all schools and children well beyond 2007. As a school governor, I know the uncertainty faced by hardworking teachers and support staff. I pledge to help make the transition as painless as possible.

Learning and Skills - training should continue for all ages to learn new skills as employment opportunities are constantly changing.

Integrated Transport - improved and more frequent bus services together with better rail services.

Improved Highways and Infrastructure - as a Consulting Engineer, I can see only too well the backlog of work needed to restore our road network.

Delivering Integrated Services that relate to peoples needs and protects the vulnerable in society.
