Chris is a dedicated, hard working, all year round councillor who has represented Cookley for the past 14 years. During this time he has been Chairman of both District and Parish Councils and is currently Chairman of Wyre Forest Council’s Housing, Health and Rural Affairs Scrutiny Panel.

Chris has a strong interest in his local community and is Chairman of Governors at Cookley First School and is a keen fundraiser for local charities.

Chris has a proven track record as a campaigner on issues which affect his constituents. He has led the local campaign to prevent large scale development of Halfpenny Airport; he also fought to keep Wolverley High School open and was actively involved in the campaign to extend Broadband to Wolverley and Cookley. Chris calls public meetings on important issues and holds regular monthly surgeries.

Chris is honoured to use his wealth of experience to represent the residents of Cookley and Caunsall.
