Sam: Is your Nose getting Bigger Darhling?

David Cameron attended the RCN Nursing Conference before the 2010 election.

Sam: How was your day. How did you get on with those RGN’s?

Cam: I had them eating out of my hand – they fell for it hook, line and sinker.

Sam: So you didn’t tell them about AL’s plans for HSCB or that the PCT’s will be replaced by the CCG’s with CPSI.

Cam: Nope – Nor that I’ll introduce an NCB, to oversee the new CCG’s or that their good old NHS will be OPC and subject to ACR stiched up under the quise of a CQC, now Sam, do pay attention.

Sam: Sorry Darhling, I was looking at these new Kitchen brochures. It will be absolutely ghastly to have my Marigolds in any sink used by Sarah Brown when we move into Number 10.

Cam: Of Course you shall have a new Kitchen Dear, now do keep up.

Sam: So what DID you tell them?

Cam: That there will be NO TOP DOWN RE-ORGANISATION, NOW I just have to convice the BP our plans for the economy, unemployment, Benefits etc etc …are safe in our Hands.

Sam: Is your Nose getting bigger Darhling?
